Philosophy of Government 2
"Mom! I'm bored," I said. "Play on the computer". "How do I turn it on?" "With your mind"!!! In the ideal society we had a big argument about the ichip. It was a lot of chaos in my ideal society. In the constitution the government is supposed to protect our individual rights as free Americans.
In the ideal society the citizen protest, we use the media to get our points across, and the courts for the case of Malik vs. Apple. Citizens protest to stop the ichip and to impeach the president. In the constitution it states that all Americans have the freedom of speech, protest, and the freedom of the press. The citizens try to get rid of president Mink. We believe that she bomb the vice president and the Supreme Court, we believe that she was a terrorist. Anger was around the society, can Mink handle the pressure and can she follow the constitution?
In our ideal society we use the media for press conference, and to get our points across. In the constitution the first amendment it says, "We the people have the freedom of speech".
I believe that the media has a relationship with the first amendment. The media has a big job on getting the stories and getting all the facts straight. Last but not least the case Malik vs. Apple, Malik's family sued apple because of grief. They wanted Apple to pay 2.5 million. Apple won the case but they started to look more in to the ichip, and started caring a little more (I think). They used a lot of the amendments like 1, 6 etc.
The constitution does give individual freedom and care about the people rights. In the ideal society it was a lot of chaos, but at the end we really was a society and using the constitution.
